Wearer of many hats both design-wise and in real life. By day, I Design (with a focus on UX Design), by night I run with the wind (jk I don't run). Really though, in my free time I’m helping design or coordinate events for Ad 2 Kansas City.
Currently, I am serving my fourth year on the Ad 2 KC council, and before that I spent an additional two years volunteering with Ad 2 KC/AAF-KC at any opportunity. I volunteered so much one year, they nominated me for their Volunteer of the Year award at the AAAs.
Born out of curiosity, persistence, empathy, and a need to continuously learn, many of my design skills were developed into the power that it is today. Over the last couple of years, I have continued to progress my various design skills and I’m still trying to learn more every day!
When design isn’t ruling my time, I am trying to find new and challenging creative outlets all around the city. Whether it’s learning various forms of dance (Modern, Contemporary, Ballet, Hip Hop, etc.), joining an axe throwing league, trying aerial arts, or anything else I might come across while traversing the city, I enjoy the challenge of trying and learning something new, and meeting new people along the way*!
